Join a small friendly team in Bingley! Are you a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal seeking a rewarding role within a friendly and supportive environment? We are looking for a dedicated individual with 12 months experience in a conveyancing support role to join our clients' established team in Bingley. The role is full time and office based.
In this role, you will provide essential support to an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner on a 1-2-1 basis carrying out a variety of tasks including:
- Preparing and amending/drafting legal documents
- Managing correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Handling client enquiries and resolving queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
