Are you an experienced joiner with some supervisory or team leadership experience who enjoys keeping production moving, maintaining high standards and helping a team work effectively? We are recruiting for a Paint & Final Assembly Team Leader to join a long-established and growing specialist manufacturer of bespoke timber windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries in Queensbury, Bradford.
This is a hands-on role where you will oversee the day-to-day running of the paint and final assembly department, ensuring products move through each stage efficiently, deadlines are achieved and quality standards are maintained. It could be an excellent next step for an experienced Bench Joiner who already has some leadership or supervisory experience and is looking to take on greater responsibility within a workshop environment.
