Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Quality Manager and will focus heavily on ensuring compliance with UK legislation and trade association standards. The Technical Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing analytical tasks, quality assurance, quality management, quality control, and project management within the company, working with the existing team.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Project Management
- Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Quality Control
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ideally educated to HNC/HND level in electrical engineering
- In depth knowledge of UK electrical legislation, including BS 7671 (IET wiring regulations)
- Previous knowledge of achieving and retaining ISO9001/ROHS accreditations
- Knowledge of EcoVadis or SEDEX would be advantageous.
