KEWAZO is a robotics and AI company automating scaffolding and material handling in construction and heavy industry. Our lifting robot replaces cranes and manual lifting, improving safety, reducing costs, and increasing schedule reliability during construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects in oil, gas, and chemical plants. The technology is already deployed at industrial sites including Dow Chemical's Barry plant, ExxonMobil's Fawley refinery, and INEOS Grangemouth.

We are looking for our first commercial hire in the UK to build and lead sales across the region. Start: As soon as possible.

What This Role Is About

This is a hunter role focused on new business development in:

  • Oil & Gas
  • Refining
  • LNG
  • Heavy Industrial Construction

You will generate your own pipeline and sell to asset owners and industrial contractors, including scaffolding companies, industrial services providers, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Sell to asset owners (refineries, chemical plants, LNG terminals) and industrial contractors (EPCs and industrial services providers such as scaffolding, insulation, and access contractors).
  • Develop opportunities within turnarounds, maintenance programs, and capital construction projects.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in Operations, Maintenance, Turnarounds, Safety, Engineering, and Project Management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
  • Travel across the UK to build relationships, develop opportunities, and close deals.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Alternatively: 5+ years of experience as a site manager or project manager within an industrial scaffolding contractor.
  • An existing network within UK refineries, petrochemical plants, or industrial contractors.
  • Experience selling to both asset owners and contractors.
  • Experience with scaffolding, industrial services, or construction.
  • High endurance and resilience in long industrial buying processes.
  • A structured and disciplined approach to managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust with operational stakeholders.
  • A driven, results-oriented mindset.
  • High autonomy while collaborating effectively with technical and leadership teams.
