We put the knowledge of more than 500 scientists and a global network of specialists directly into the hands of the professionals shaping the built and natural environment, so they can make defensible, climate-resilient decisions about nature restoration projects of every size, from ecosystem regeneration to urban development. We offer an end-to-end service guided by the Kew Method, spanning baseline assessment, climate-informed design and delivery, species sourcing, long-term monitoring and capacity building, ensuring every project is credible, resilient and delivers measurable nature gain. and the Infrastructure Lab, delivering nature-based solutions for major capital projects. Capacity building runs through all three, equipping local teams and institutions to sustain nature-positive action after handover. Our platform, Palette, brings that same scientific confidence to decisions about planting, biodiversity and habitat. Built around our core climate-resilient tree species-selection tools, we're expanding its capabilities to cover pollinator and habitat analysis, combined biodiversity planning, and tools designed for local-authority use. As well as building pipeline you will keep our CRM in good order, screen incoming enquiries, help plan events, and support the Marketing Lead on content and the website. Research and source target accounts and contacts across our priority segments, building a qualified pipeline to pass to the BD Director. β’ Own day-to-day management of the CRM (HubSpot): keeping records, pipeline stages and reporting accurate and up to date. β’ Provide initial screening and qualification of incoming leads, so the right ones reach the BD Director quickly. β’ Research relevant industry events and help plan our own, alongside the Marketing Lead and BD Director. β’ Support the Marketing Lead with content creation and website administration. You are early in your career, hungry to learn, and looking for a place to grow. Around 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing or commercial support role. Graduates with exceptional or related work experience may also be considered. β’ Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), and the discipline to keep data clean and accurate. β’ Experience with account-based marketing, lead generation or sales development. β’ Salary: Up to Β£35,000 based on experience + a discretionary bonus of up to 20% per annum β’ A meaningful early-career opportunity in a growing team, working on something that matters, backed by the science of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. β’ Real mentorship and room to grow: work directly with the BD Director and Marketing Lead and take on more as the team scales. β’ Hybrid working, with regular time together in our Richmond, London office.
