Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, Kew Law LLP is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our established team at our Wickford branch.
This is an exciting opportunity to become the third conveyancing fee earner in a busy and expanding office, supported by a respected multi-office Essex law firm with a strong reputation for client service and quality legal advice.

About the Role
You Will Manage Your Own Residential Conveyancing Caseload From Instruction Through To Completion, Dealing With a Broad Range Of Matters Including
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Registered and unregistered land
You will be supported by experienced colleagues, modern case management systems, dedicated compliance resources and a substantial flow of quality work generated through the firm's established introducer relationships and marketing activities.

The Successful Candidate Will
- Have experience running a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
