We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. You will work closely with clients to provide practical, strategic advice and deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, property and land disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes, and contentious probate.
- Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents.
- Representing clients in hearings and liaising with counsel where necessary.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
