Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. You will work closely with clients to provide practical, strategic advice and deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, including:
    • Contractual disputes
    • Property and land disputes
    • Professional negligence claims
    • Debt recovery
    • Shareholder and partnership disputes
    • Contentious probate
  • Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents.
  • Representing clients in hearings and liaising with counsel where necessary.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
