We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join and help shape our Colchester office. This role is for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys handling a broad range of residential property matters.

The Role:
- Managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, from simple freehold matters through to complex leasehold, new build, and technical transactions.
- Working collaboratively with the central quotes team, post-completion department, and administrative support functions.
- Contributing to process improvement, consistency, and best practice across the conveyancing department.
- Supporting training, file reviews, and development of junior colleagues.
Support Structure:
- Trainee Solicitor assigned to the role.
- Centralised Quotes Department handling inbound pricing and onboarding.
- Dedicated Post-Completion Team.
- Central administrative support.
- Established systems and legal technology platform.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (SRA regulated) with significant experience in residential conveyancing.
- Comfortable handling both straightforward and complex transactions.
- Confident supervising and developing junior lawyers.
