We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor to join our Residential Conveyancing team and develop their career within a high-performing, modern practice. You will gain hands‑on experience across a full range of residential property transactions while benefiting from structured support, real responsibility, and exposure to high-quality work.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Drafting contracts, transfers, and supporting documentation
- Reviewing title, searches, and raising enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Using case management systems and digital onboarding tools
- Ensuring compliance with lender requirements, regulatory obligations, and firm procedures
You will be given increasing responsibility as your confidence and competence develop.
What We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate
- A qualifying law degree (LLB/GDL) and progress toward SQE or LPC
- A genuine interest in property law and conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Commercial awareness and interest in how a modern conveyancing practice operates
Prior experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is advantageous but not essential.
