- Design curriculum materials for KS3, GCSE, and A Level PE, fostering high attainment.
- Use online platforms to support pupils’ learning and extend the curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a culture of high expectations and academic rigour within the department.
- Engage pupils through clubs, societies, and revision sessions, supporting the school’s extensive co‑curricular programme.
- Act as a personal tutor (PT) and support pastoral aspects of the school.
- Work as a team player, model enthusiasm, warmth, and a passion for sport, fitness and physical education.
Qualifications
- Good degree in an appropriate subject and a recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience or a strong desire to teach engaging and challenging academic PE lessons at KS4 and/or KS5.
