Our story started in 2001 with a single hotel. Fast forward to today, and we are one of the leading hotel management companies in the world, with more than 55 international hotels (and counting) under our wing.

We are committed to career development and have a variety of internal development programmes or mentoring opportunities which run alongside our range of funded apprenticeships.
Our Hotel Leadership Development programmes will guide you from day 1 to hotel management and beyond, or our Commercial programmes such as Revenue School will give you the specialist skills you need for a career in the fast paced world of business!
Many of our specialists and even some of our most senior leaders started their career behind one of our bars or reception desks, so however you get your foot in the door, we are ready and waiting to help take your career wherever you want to grow.
