What you'll do

  • Cook and present dishes to recipe standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Support the creation of daily specials to showcase your skills and excite our guests.
  • Keep food prep areas stocked, clean, and ready throughout service.
  • Follow food safety standards and help minimise waste.
  • Work with your team and Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Previous cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, pub or similar) or a willingness to learn by joining our Chef Academy and completing a funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
  • Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Basic Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete training).
  • A passion for great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • A positive attitude, commitment to teamwork and desire to learn.
