We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive to help drive awareness and brand exposure across the Kew Green Hotels portfolio, with 45+ hotels across the UK. Reporting to the Commercial Support & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that maximise visibility, engagement, and revenue, supporting all our hotels and wider business. This role is part of a team and is based full time at the Holiday Inn Rotherham-Sheffield (S60 2XL). This is a fixed term role lasting up to one year.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for implementing our annual marketing strategy across multiple channels, including content creation and campaign distribution. From social media and email marketing to website content and design briefs, you’ll support with projects from concept through to delivery, measuring results along the way.
- Supporting and implementing the annual marketing calendar activities both on and offline, B2C and B2B marketing
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content and increasing exposure to drive revenue.
- Producing high-quality content including images, video, website copy and targeted email campaigns.
- Managing and auditing websites to optimise user experience and generate leads.
- Supporting hotels with on-site marketing needs and campaigns.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue and Operations to ensure joined-up activity.
- Attending meetings and external forums to represent Kew Green as and when required.
- Plan, prepare and actively contribute to weekly/monthly marketing meetings.
About You
You’re creative and minded, with a passion for delivering results through engaging campaigns. Confident in exploring new ideas, you bring strong digital marketing skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at once. We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in website, social media and email marketing (SEO/PPC knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with confidence to influence stakeholders.
- A flair for content creation and attention to detail across all assets.
- High levels of numeracy and IT literacy (Adobe Suite, CRM systems, MS Office/365, Canva).
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the hotel sector (desirable, not essential).
