From the excitement of the initial enquiry to securing the booking, you'll play a key role in helping turn their ideas into unforgettable celebrations. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines relationship building, sales and event planning, with exceptional customer service at its heart. • Building strong relationships with couples, clients, hotel teams and, where required, external suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Managing every stage of the booking journey accurately, from initial enquiry through to confirmation, before handing over to the hotel teams who will deliver the event.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute towards team goals, maintain high service standards and celebrate success together.

About You
