This is an exciting opportunity to bring our brand to life through engaging content, dynamic campaigns and exceptional partnerships that connect us with our guests and community. You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing revenue, and promoting the hotel across Rooms, MICE, and Food & Beverage.

About the Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, ensuring we remain visible, competitive and relevant in our market. You’ll lead our social media presence, coordinate in-house promotions and provide vital support to the sales team to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with proposals, contracts and event confirmations for clients.
  • Managing leads, CRM records and sales reports to support business conversion.
  • Planning, creating and scheduling social media content across all hotel platforms.
  • Supporting seasonal campaigns, local partnerships and media collaborations to increase visibility.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure all promotions are delivered consistently and effectively.
  • Upholding brand standards across all communications and marketing materials.

About You

You’re an energetic, organised self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. With a keen eye for design and storytelling, you understand what drives engagement and how to turn awareness into bookings.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality sales or marketing, ideally within a hotel environment.
  • Hands‑on experience managing social media for business, from concept to post.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • A creative thinker with excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident working collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
