Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
- Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set‑ups, and banqueting.
- Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
- Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
- Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
- Experience is great, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
- A proactive approach. (You notice what needs to be done and make it happen!)
- Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.
