We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Road & Sea Freight Manager with a strong background in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
The ideal candidate should have:
5–10+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong experience in road freight, air and sea freight
Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer acquisition
An established network of clients and industry contacts
Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
A commercially focused and results-driven approach
Must have hands-on experience in freight, with a knack for navigating road, air, and sea logistics
Proven sales experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to seamlessly integrate freight expertise with sales strategies to drive growth
