We are currently looking for someone to join our small team in Bristol, handling international removals. This would suit someone with experience predominantly in ocean freight exports, but anyone with a freight forwarding/logistics background would be considered.
We are looking for an International Removals Ocean Export Co-Ordinator to complement our small team in arranging the shipments for overseas. We deal directly with members of the public, so previous customer service experience is essential and it is preferable that you have experience in export and deep-sea shipping/freight forwarding procedures.
We use software systems to log client information and related export documentation, so experience of data input is required, along with a keen eye for detail. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, liaising with shipping agents, and ensuring seamless moving experiences for our clients.

- Tracking shipments via shipping agents & carriers and keeping customers updated of progress
- Liaising with import agents regarding customs clearance and delivery
- Export Customs entries using HMRC CDS Customs system
