Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Purpose of the Role: To provide assistance to the account manager for the external and internal development of the nominated customers in accordance with the strategic and tactical plan established by the Management Team, including quality and efficiency improvements linked to specific Customer/Account Plans. To provide the customer service and operational organizations with daily support within the organization and network in terms of execution of agreed plans and customer specified demands. To build and maintain a relationship with nominated customers, locally, regionally and globally. This is a Mon to Fri Role 9-530pm Salary up to £44 Location - Heathrow Duties Include: Responsible for effective/efficient working practices with the customers. Constantly looking to improve margins (reduce costs – increase profits) All day to day operational activities for named account Oversee and manage SLA and contracts between us and client to ensure customs compliance at all times.
