With a close-knit team of 25, we pride ourselves on adaptability, customer focus, and delivering tailored solutions for the aerospace sector. Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business and managing key client relationships across both existing and emerging markets. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role that combines prospecting, relationship management, and solution selling. The position suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and building long-term partnerships. Duties Include: Aerospace & Defence Logistics High-Value Manufacturing & Engineering Marine Engineering & Defence Contractors Specialist E-commerce & Fashion Brands Build and manage a healthy pipeline of 20 qualified prospects per quarter. Develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions aligned to customer needs Manage and grow key customer relationships Conduct regular review meetings, track performance, and address customer needs proactively. Support existing customers with continuous improvement initiatives and added-value solutions. Drive account growth through cross-selling and up-selling Key Skills: 5+ years’ senior experience in commercial, sales strategy, or hybrid roles within logistics or supply chain. Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, customer wins, and account retention. Operational experience of freight forwarding and logistics (air, road, sea). Strong negotiator with excellent relationship management skills.
