We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Quality professional to drive towards enhanced quality and compliance controls. The position is office-based, although some hybrid working may be possible following a successful probation period. There will be some UK travel and possible European travel in the future.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Benefits: 25 days holiday, increasing after 5 years.

Duties Include:

  • Supporting the Head of Administration, conducting and managing quality and compliance processes throughout the business to ensure consistency and high standards are maintained.
  • Completing internal quality audits of systems and processes for all UK offices, both remotely and in-person.
  • Assisting in third-party audits of our quality management systems periodically by accrediting bodies.
  • Management and follow-up of QMS and incident reporting.
  • Completing thorough root cause analysis and introducing effective preventative solutions where necessary.
  • Taking a proactive approach to risk management, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Engaging regularly with Regional and Department managers to ensure quality and compliance goals are met.
  • Creating and distributing staff surveys to monitor awareness of company practices.
  • Conducting training presentations.
