Export Executive role for our client based around the Heathrow area. Salary 37-39k Monday to Friday 0900-17.30

Main Duties Include:

  • Ensure that all relevant emails, documents and information are uploaded / added into Boxtop. This includes copies of all export documentation and relevant emails in case of future audits.
  • Arrange collection of any U.K. shipments for export Overseas, directly through a designated haulier/courier company and ensuring all correct documentation is in place.
  • Keep warehouse aware of any direct deliveries from UK suppliers/courier or any other 3rd party.
  • Handling transhipments.
  • Issue export entries correctly using cds/sequoia.
  • Ensure all shipments are exported / completed correctly and in a timely manner once the shipment has arrived into the designated handling warehouse.
  • Assist, mentor and train other staff members in exports and procedures.
  • Ensure invoicing requirements are met, issued correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure to work compliantly with aeo and compliance procedures.
  • Ensure in house training is up to date.
