Due to a change in work loads, our client is urgently looking for an Air Freight Operator to work in their office located near Cardiff, Wales.

Main duties will include:

  • Execution of courier files
  • Labelling cargo
  • Exports and imports

Experience would be a great advantage; however, training will be given. Must be IT literate and willing to learn.

Hours are from 12:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday. There may be times when overtime will be needed. Salary will be a maximum of £30K, and shift pay will be provided.

There is also a need to be added to a weekend rota once trained. This is currently a fixed-term contract of 12 months but could have the potential to become permanent should workloads continue or increase.

Working on-site at a customer's premises but in the agent's office requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being a team player, and the ability to work alone.

You will need a 5-year work history, a DBS check, and training will be provided for aviation security.
