Working as part of the Commercial team in all areas. Able to negotiate at all levels within the (potential) customer base. Work Providing quotations, rate cards, and follow ups alongside Sales & Commercial teams. Undertaking phone calls within the agreed ‘touchpoint’ time frame, update Cargo Wise with points discussed. Organise, meetings via zoom / teams or face to face as required, based on clients opportunity/trading history. Study, all aspects of reporting such as profit, yield, drop off, quote activity & maintain pipeline of opportunities within the house accounts. Duties Include: Assist in developing strong relationship with all ‘House Account’ customers to meet the agreed sales targets. Assist with all types of business AIR / SEA / ROAD Import & Export opportunities, this could be new or upselling within current client base. Support new customers through the set-up phase on to the systems and to understand all the required processes. Accurately document details of all meetings, either by face to face, Teams, including tele calls and documenting information of call outcome on CW1. Ensure this information is available on time for the weekly call summary within Cargo Wise & Pipelines updated. Compliance – ensures sales transactions meet all legal and regulatory requirements e.g. GDPR Office based role, no hybrid you will be required tro visit other offices within Heathrow
