Troubleshooting network issues across a varied client base. Working on firewalls, network securities,switchingand connectivity solutions. Assistingwith network improvements and project work. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistentlyhigh levelsof service. Whatwe’relooking for Experience ina networksupport or similar role. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP,routingand switching. Experience with Cisco, FortiGate or similar technologies. A proactive,solutions-focused approach to problem solving. Strong communicationskills and a customer-first mindset.
