An established infrastructure services business is seeking a Marketing Content & Bid Writing Lead to support growth through high-quality bids and customer-facing content. This role is responsible for leading written responses for tenders and frameworks, producing compelling marketing content, and ensuring all communications clearly reflect safety, sustainability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and write responses for major bids, tenders and PQQs
- Produce clear, persuasive marketing content and case studies
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant and aligned to brand standards
- Work closely with operational and SHEQ teams to validate technical content
- Build and maintain a structured digital bid library
