My client is a leading Materials Handling Forklift business with a nationwide depot network. They are looking to recruit an exceptional & proven Depot Manager to run one of their sites, based in Hull.
Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front with full control of the Depot day to day operations and P&L responsibility.
- Manage a team, oversee multi-million revenue, and ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee health and safety, recruitment, and transport for local short-term rental.
- Report directly into the Regional Operations Manager.
Candidate/Qualifications:
- Previous operational management experience.
- Must have experience in Materials Handling/Forklifts.
- Knowledge of long-term rental solutions would be preferable.
- Hands-on and strong people manager is a pre-requisite.
- Desire to succeed.
