We're particularly interested in candidates with experience within equipment rental, plant hire, power generation, climate control, temporary utilities or related technical sales environments. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships across your territory. Working closely with operational and engineering teams, you'll deliver tailored rental solutions that solve real customer challenges and generate long-term partnerships. Winning new business across construction, industrial and infrastructure markets Managing and developing existing customer accounts Identifying opportunities for temporary power, climate control and specialist rental solutions Building relationships with key decision-makers across multiple sectors Developing strategic account plans and converting competitor accounts Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and delivering against revenue targets Proven field sales experience within equipment rental, plant hire, powered access, temporary power, climate control or a related sector A track record of winning new business and growing customer accounts Strong commercial awareness and solution-selling capability Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Most importantly, you'll be someone who is hungry for success, thrives on winning business and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
