We’re seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Sales Support Manager to bolster our luxury travel and lifestyle sales operations. This key role bridges client service, sales coordination, and event logistics—playing a vital part in delivering flawless experiences, particularly across our high-end travel offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Support the travel sales process: preparing bespoke proposals, booking forms, and itineraries
  • Raise invoices, track milestone payments, and oversee credit control
  • Maintain and update CRM with client profiles, preferences, and booking data
  • Coordinate logistics for luxury travel bookings and experience delivery
  • Monitor travel inventory, ticket allocations, and partner availability
  • Prepare polished client decks, travel quotes, and sales collateral
