About the Company: My client is a successful and growing Power Solutions business, supplying Generator Rental, Service and Capital Project based solutions.

About the Role: They are looking to recruit a Sales leader to oversee their Rental sales team. The role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Rental sales team.
  • Develop new business.
  • Manage existing relationships.
  • Player manage a small team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ relevant Generator rental experience preferred.

Required Skills:

  • People management experience preferred.
  • Proven sales skills with the ambition to progress into management.
  • Dynamic candidate with a strong appetite to progress in their career.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Generator rental industry.

Pay range and compensation package: £60,000 - £65,000 Basic plus quarterly bonus, car or car allowance & pension.
