About the Company: My client is a successful and growing Power Solutions business, supplying Generator Rental, Service and Capital Project based solutions.

About the Role: They are looking to recruit a Sales leader to oversee their Service sales team. The role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Service sales team.
  • Develop new business.
  • Manage existing relationships.
  • Manage a small team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ relevant Generator Service Contract experience preferred.

Required Skills:

  • People management experience preferred, but a proven sales person looking for the next step will also be considered.
  • Dynamic candidate with ambition and a strong appetite to progress in their career.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to cover the North or Midlands region.

Pay range and compensation package: £60,000 - £65,000 Basic plus quarterly bonus, car or car allowance & pension.
