Field-Based Business Development Manager

Location: Yorkshire Based - UK-wide (Commercial Sector)

Our client is expanding fast. We are delivering commercial solar and battery solutions to businesses across the UK, and demand is ramping up. We are now looking for a high-calibre Field-Based Business Development Manager to convert qualified commercial leads into revenue, focusing on closing deals, building relationships, and driving growth in a sector that is only moving one way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attending prequalified commercial appointments generated by the in-house team
  • Conducting on-site consultations with business owners, finance leads, and operational heads
  • Building tailored proposals and presenting cost, ROI, and technical benefits
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Representing the brand professionally across industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial environments
