Depot Manager – Construction Equipment Hire

Salary: Up to £55,000, Bonus & Company Car


An experienced operations leader is being sought to manage a busy depot within the construction equipment hire sector. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to run a depot, get the best out of a team, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role

The Depot Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and profitably. They will work closely with the hire desk, drivers, workshop, and senior management team to deliver outstanding service to customers.
