Corporate Services Director
Location: UK National
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000
A leading provider of green space management and environmental services is looking for a Corporate Services Director to lead growth across its National Corporate Services Division. This division delivers grounds maintenance and related services to blue-chip clients in the corporate and commercial sector.
This is a senior leadership role with national responsibility. The successful candidate will set strategic direction, build client relationships, and lead regional teams to deliver growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver national strategic and financial targets
- Develop and implement plans for organic and acquisitive growth
- Lead, develop and support the management team
- Report to the Board and drive performance across the Division
- Enhance reputation in the green services sector through quality and safety
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
Candidate Profile:
- Board-level experience (Director, Operations Director, or equivalent)
- Strong P&L management and commercial skills
- Track record of delivering profitable, high-quality contracts
