My client designs and delivers home and lifestyle products that bring the world’s favourite characters into everyday life. Partnering with global franchises such as Disney, Pokémon, Hello Kitty, Minecraft, Liverpool, Manchester Utd to name a few, they are passionate about creativity, quality, and storytelling. They continue to expand across Europe and are looking for a Digital & Paid Marketing Executive focused on Amazon PAN-EU to help scale marketplace performance, drive visibility across territories, and optimise advertising campaigns across the Amazon 10 network.

The Role - 3 days a week in office in Cheadle

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon PPC & Media Manager to lead, innovate, and scale our Amazon Advertising strategy across all European marketplaces (Amazon PAN-EU). As a key driver of digital growth, you will own end-to-end performance marketing initiatives—from high-level strategy through hands-on optimisation—ensuring brands achieve category-leading visibility, efficiency, and profitability. This role is ideal for someone deeply analytical, commercially astute, and experienced in navigating Amazon’s fast-moving ecosystem. You will influence not only advertising performance but also content, cross-functional strategy, and marketplace acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced PPC strategies across all EU Amazon marketplaces to drive scalable growth, maximise ROAS, and strengthen market share.
  • Lead, optimise, and expand all Amazon ad types, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and AMC/DSP where applicable.
  • Oversee daily and long-term campaign performance, including bid management, budget pacing, targeting refinement, and efficiency optimisation.
  • Conduct deep keyword, competitor, and market analysis to identify new opportunities, refine targeting, and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks across creatives, placements, audiences, and content to enhance conversion rates and ad quality scores.
  • Collaborate with content, brand, and e-commerce teams to ensure listings, product pages, A+ content, and Brand Stores support advertising strategy and maximise relevance and visibility.
  • Ensure operational alignment by working with merchandising and supply chain teams to prevent wasted spend from stockouts or suppressed listings.
  • Provide high-impact reporting across markets, delivering insights on ROI, profitability, and strategic opportunities to the Head of eCommerce and senior leadership.
  • Lead localisation strategies to improve performance across key European markets, ensuring ads and content align with cultural nuances and customer expectations.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm updates, new advertising formats, and emerging tools, proactively integrating best practices to maintain competitive edge.
  • Mentor junior team members and support the development of a best-in-class marketplace performance function.

About You

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience, ideally with exposure to multi-country campaign management.
  • Proven expertise with Amazon Vendor Central, and familiarity with FBA, hybrid models, A+ content, and Brand Store optimisation.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and turn insights into performance-driving actions.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable using tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Amazon Analytics (AMC), and BI platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing substantial advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  • Commercially minded, detail-obsessed, and constantly experimenting to test, learn, and improve.
  • Confident communicator able to influence cross-functionally and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are highly advantageous.
