We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Guisborough. You’ll take on a full 360 role, helping place mid-to-senior level talent across the US market in sectors such as Construction, Power Generation, and Facilities Management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development to candidate placement
- Developing new and existing client relationships across the USA
- Building talent pipelines and understanding client hiring needs
- Conducting video/phone interviews and managing job offers
- Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Occasionally, adjusting working hours to suit US time zones
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-level education (preferred but not essential)
- Strong people skills and a natural communicator—comfortable picking up the phone
- Sales Experience or Experience in a Professional Environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated—this is a role where effort = reward
- UK driving license and ability to commute to our Guisborough office daily
