ROLE β Depot Manager β Powered Access & Lifting Hire:
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Powered Access & Lifting Hire business. They are looking to recruit an exceptional & proven Depot Manager to run one of their largest sites, based in South Yorkshire. The role is an all-encompassing leading from the front role, with full control of the running of the depot day to day with P&L responsibility, management of a team of 20, multi-million revenue, operations, health and safety, recruitment, and transport. The role reports directly into the Board of Directors.
Candidate - Depot Manager β Powered Access & Lifting Hire:
- Previous operations management experience of a similar sized business unit/site.
- Experience of running Powered Access, Lifting or similar Equipment Rental depot.
- P&L experience is required.
- Hands on and strong people manager is a pre-requisite.
- Self-motivation.
- Desire to succeed.
- Commutable to South Yorkshire depot.
- Full driverβs licence.
