Role: Depot Manager – Plant Hire
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 basic + bonus + pension + car.
ROLE – Depot Manager – Plant Hire:
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Telehandler Plant Hire business. They are looking to recruit an exceptional & proven Depot Manager to run one of their busiest depots, based in Bedfordshire.
The role is an all-encompassing leading from the front role, with full control of the running of the depot day to day, management of a team of 22, multi-million revenue, operations, health and safety, recruitment, and transport. The role reports directly into the National Operations Manager.
Candidate - Depot Manager – Plant Hire:
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
- Previous operations management experience of a similar sized business unit/site.
- Experience of running Plant, Telehandler, Powered Access, Lifting or similar Equipment Rental depot.
- Hands on and strong people manager is a pre-requisite.
- Self-motivation.
- Desire to succeed.
- Commutable to Bedfordshire depot daily.
- Full driver’s licence.
