My client is looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join their growing business as a Business Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales and business development within a wellâestablished and supportive company.
The Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within a defined Midlands territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements
- Present solutions and services to prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Work closely with internal teams including operations and logistics to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline and work towards revenue targets
- Represent the business professionally in the market and at customer meetings
About You
- Graduate (within the last 10 years) looking to build a career in sales or business development
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and targetâdriven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident meeting new people and building relationships
