A market-leading international electronics manufacturer is looking to recruit a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to support continued growth across the UK market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically minded sales professional with experience within electronics, engineering or OEM environments to join a highly respected business known for quality, innovation and long-term customer partnerships.

The Role

  • Working closely with the District Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers across a broad range of industries.
  • This is a consultative, design-led sales role where you will work closely with engineering, procurement and design teams, supporting projects from initial concept through to full production.
  • Growing sales and profitability across your territory.
  • Managing and developing relationships across multiple customer accounts.
  • Driving project activity through design, specification and production stages.
  • Working closely with customers both remotely and face-to-face.
  • Identifying and targeting high-potential OEM opportunities.
  • Conducting regular territory reviews and strategic account planning.
  • Supporting customers with a high level of technical and commercial account management.
  • Managing long-term project sales cycles ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
  • Taking full ownership of territory growth and performance.

The Candidate

  • Degree qualified ideally within Electronics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' successful experience within technical sales, electronics, OEM or engineering environments.
  • Experience within a design-led sales environment is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable engaging with engineering, procurement and technical decision makers.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Highly driven, energetic and motivated to succeed.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and long-term sales cycles effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Willing to travel nationally with occasional international travel.
