We’re looking for a confident, energetic Corporate Reservations Agent to join an established and growing vehicle rental business in Leeds. Working within the central reservations team, you’ll handle corporate customer enquiries, arrange vehicle rentals and maximise every booking opportunity while delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Arrange and confirm vehicle rental bookings
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right solution
  • Follow up enquiries and make proactive outbound calls
  • Build strong relationships with corporate customers
  • Work closely with branches to fulfil bookings
  • Identify additional sales opportunities
  • Work towards service and conversion targets

About You

You’ll be positive, organised, commercially aware and confident speaking with customers. Experience within vehicle rental, car hire, automotive, equipment hire, reservations, hire desk, internal sales or customer service would be ideal. Rental or automotive experience is desirable but not essential.
