Role: Branch Manager – Loadbank Rental Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: €70,000–€80,000 ROLE – Branch Manager – Loadbank Rental An opportunity has arisen to join a leading specialist equipment rental business, providing loadbank rental solutions to customers across the power and electrical sectors. Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional and proven Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its operation based in Frankfurt. This is a hands-on, all-encompassing leadership role, with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, team management, equipment rental activities, logistics, transport, health and safety, and ensuring a high level of service to customers. The successful candidate will take ownership of branch performance, drive operational efficiency, lead and develop the team, and ensure equipment is maintained, available and delivered to meet customer requirements. Our client is ideally looking for someone with previous equipment rental experience, preferably within a technical, industrial or power-related environment. However, candidates with a background in electrical engineering, power generation or a similar technical sector will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate a strong track record in operational management and leading teams. CANDIDATE – Branch Manager – Loadbank Rental The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following: * Previous branch or operations management experience, with responsibility for running a business unit, depot or operational site. * Ideally, experience within equipment rental, plant hire or a similar hire-and-rental environment. * Alternatively, experience within the electrical, power generation or wider power industry, coupled with proven operational management experience. * Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. * Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, equipment, logistics and customer service. * A hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership and lead from the front. * Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivation, commercial awareness and a desire to succeed. * The ability to work effectively in a technical and customer-focused environment. * Based within a commutable distance of Frankfurt, or willing to relocate.
