JOB OVERVIEW: Kevel enables our customers to build innovative and relevant advertising and content experiences quickly and easily. Our Post – Sales Solutions Architects are a vital member of our Customer Success team that supports our customers after sale. They play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, integration and adoption of Kevel’s solutions. They also provide technical guidance, training and support to our customers throughout onboarding and beyond. Our Post – Sales Solutions Architects also monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and collect customer feedback to identify new opportunities to drive customer value and adoption. They are effective communicators with strong technical expertise and project management skills.
LOCATION: REMOTE – United Kingdom. This position is 100% remote. Applicants located anywhere within the United Kingdom are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: Kevel uses external, third-party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position in the United Kingdom is £80,000 – £88,000 annually. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate\’s working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team.

WHAT YOU\’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Become an expert in Kevel, our APIs, and what they can do.
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of Kevel’s products and services.
- Provide technical guidance, onboarding, training and support to the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer, monitor performance, and troubleshoot strategic technical issues.
- Own and drive relationships with technical audiences of all kinds, from integrating engineers to CTOs, understanding business objectives and explaining solutions.
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to proactively assist with explaining and aligning on technical strategy with non-technical customer team members.
- Capture feedback for product and engineering, and advocate internally on prospect and customer’s behalf.
SKILLS YOU\’LL BRING WITH YOU:
- Previous experience in a Post – Sales Solutions Architect role and/or relevant technical role (IE: Technical Account Manager).
- Highly passionate and curious self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Previous work experience within the Retail Media / Digital Advertising / Ad Tech industry is a strong plus!
- Significant experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills. You are comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical audiences, addressing technical challenges during product integration, and setting realistic expectations and deadlines with stakeholders.
- Previous coding experience in some form. While you won\’t need to write any code of your own, you should be able to write JSON and understand basic code.
- Research, Test, Ask. A successful solutions architect will always search for a solution, try it, and finally ask for help. An independent problem solver will find the most success.
