JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly strategic, customer-facing Programme Manager to own the strategic direction and execution of a key customer program, aligning executive stakeholders, internal cross-functional teams, and business objectives to drive measurable outcomes. This role will own platform migration and roadmap beyond, ensure customer needs are met through the Kevel platform, drive cross‑functional alignment with Kevel Product and Engineering, and support the delivery of best‑in‑class retail media practices in partnership with our Business Strategy team.
LOCATION
REMOTE/HYBRID - United Kingdom. While this role is primarily remote, candidates should expect to be onsite with the customer in London 1–2 times per week. PAY TRANSPARENCY
Kevel uses external, third‑party market data to determine compensation for all open positions. Our compensation philosophy is based on the candidate’s specific working location and experience level. This means that we will take a no negotiation approach in our recruitment and offer processes. The pay range for this position in the United Kingdom is £70,000 - £82,000 annually. An exact offer for this position will be determined based on the candidate's working location and experience level, in relation to our existing team. All compensation packages include the additional benefits as described in the "Why you'll love working with us" section below.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Manage the retail media program for a key customer, acting as the primary point of contact for their program teams.
- Provide regular, executive‑ready customer communications, delivering consistent progress updates, managing expectations, and reinforcing stakeholder confidence throughout the program.
- Shape a high‑impact proposition for launch and beyond, providing go‑to‑market expertise to a number of stakeholders across our clients retail media organisation.
- Establish and optimize scalable migration processes, ensuring the right tools, systems, and operational frameworks are in place to support cross‑functional teams and program success.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of migration programs, ensuring on‑time delivery with proactive risk identification and internal escalation to minimize revenue disruption and protect customer experience.
- Maintain a regular on‑site presence with the customer, attending meetings, listening to their needs, and proactively engaging in discussions.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Success teams to drive seamless onboarding and implementation, setting them up for long‑term success.
- Relay customer issues, requests, and product needs directly to Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and internal partners to ensure timely resolution and alignment.
- Maintain a point of view of customer satisfaction and engagement in partnership with the Customer Success team, identifying opportunities for improvement and escalation where needed.
- Ensure the customer’s needs are being met through the Kevel product by confirming metrics, goals, and measures of success; regularly review outcomes and adjust approaches as necessary.
- Work closely with the Business Strategy team to inform our recommendations to the client and drive the value of their retail media.

- Retail media experience or familiarity with retail/marketplace technology is a must have!
