We are looking for experienced Motor Vehicle Technicians to join our team in Reading. Working with a team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff in a very well-established and reputable workshop. Our Technicians are driven to be the best they can be. They are enthusiastic, professional and are always looking to learn new techniques, allowing them to work confidently with the very latest technologies. The role: This is a full time and permanent role. You will work Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning in three (as agreed in a rota shared equally between you and your colleagues).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform maintenance, repairs and/or diagnostics on the full range of cars.
  • Maximising efficiency, while always maintaining company and industry standards and benchmarks.
  • Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers repair methods.
  • Utilise the company systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out.
  • Providing your colleagues and our customers with highly detailed explanations of work required, or work carried out through face to face and video communications.
