Learning & Development Assistant - Balmalcolm & Orkie (Freuchie)

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Completion of Inductions and support new starts within the factory
  • Delivering of training and inductions
  • Updating L&D files for all employee

Skills required:

  • Experience within the area of L&D
  • Proficient in Microsoft, in particular Work and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently with all levels within the business
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 – 16:00

Salary: £27,000.00 to £28,750.00 depending on experience
