Learning & Development Assistant - Balmalcolm & Orkie (Freuchie)

Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Completion of Inductions and support new starts within the factory
- Delivering of training and inductions
- Updating L&D files for all employee
Skills required:
- Experience within the area of L&D
- Proficient in Microsoft, in particular Work and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently with all levels within the business
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 – 16:00
Salary: £27,000.00 to £28,750.00 depending on experience
