Operate and monitor three Celox optical sorting machines to grade carrots by size, quality, and defect criteria.
Adjust machine settings to meet customer specifications and manage raw‑material defect fallout against product requirements.
Carry out in‑line quality checks, identify out‑of‑specification product, and take corrective action.
Complete pre‑start checks and hygiene clean‑downs, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Troubleshoot basic machine faults and work with the Engineering team to minimise downtime.
Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation.
Communicate effectively with the wider team to maintain a smooth and efficient flow across production lines.
