Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the out-loading and distribution functions across both sites
  • Deliver departmental and business performance goals
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage supplier and haulage relationships effectively

  • Lead, support, and develop Team Managers to maximise team performance
  • Support recruitment activities including interviewing new team members
  • Cover Distribution Manager and Team Manager shifts where required
  • Provide hands-on support on the factory floor during peak periods
