Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, enhancing effectiveness of the wider leadership team.
  • Offer PA support, coordinate key processes, and oversee administrative systems to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.
  • Support safeguarding, inclusion, pastoral care and wider school operations, with scope determined in discussion with the successful candidate.
  • Strengthen school capacity, allowing leaders to focus on strategic development and operational leadership.
  • Maintain work hours 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00 am – 3.30 pm Friday.
  • Act as a term‑only administrator, working 39 working weeks per year.
